Fortune 18: bets on the sector where the arrow stops

In Fortune 18, the winning sector is whichever one the arrow lands on. The wheel, with nineteen numbered sectors, belongs to 1xBet's 1xGames catalogue in Algeria, and accounts there are held in Algerian dinars (DZD).

What the wheel looks like

Around the rim, the numbers run from 0 to 18 in sequence, with 1 just to the right of zero and 18 just to its left. The colours rotate orange, blue, green starting from 1, which brings orange back on 4 and blue on 5.
