Standoff 2 in Algeria: 1xBet markets on rounds, maps and series
Standoff 2 is a tactical shooter made for phones: Android, iOS and HarmonyOS all run it, and competitive play uses Defuse mode: two squads of five, ten players in all, and one bomb per round. The attacking side wants the bomb planted and detonated; the defending side wants the plant stopped or the device defused. Every round adds one to a score, every map adds one to a series score when the fixture is a series, and those two counts are what the markets on this page are priced on. The page is written for players in Algeria, whose balance runs in Algerian dinars (DZD).
In the esports line of 1xBet, the game has its own list inside the full catalogue of esports titles open for betting, next to PC shooters and other phone games. Each fixture carries a tag, Bo1, Bo3 or Bo5, next to its start time, and that tag says how many maps the match can run to.
The event card, term by term 🗂️

A Standoff 2 card packs several layers into a few lines: the series, the individual maps and, inside each map, the round count. The table reads those lines one by one, with the figures as they would appear on a Bo3 card.
On the card | What it means | Worked example |
|---|---|---|
Bo3 | Best of three maps: two map wins settle the series | A 2-0 ends after two maps; a 2-1 needs the third |
Map 2 winner | The team taking the second map only, whatever the series result | Pays even if that side loses the series 1-2 |
Round handicap −3.5 | That team needs a four-round margin on the map | A three-round margin loses the bet |
Map handicap +1.5 | The team may lose the series by one map and still cover | 1-2 covers; 0-2 does not |
Total maps 2.5 | Over means the series reaches a third map; under means it ends after two | Any 2-1 or 1-2 settles over |
Correct score 2-1 | The exact final map count, in the order the teams are listed | Only a 2-1 pays; 1-2 is a separate selection |
That handicap line is what sets the discipline apart from MOBAs and battle royale games: maps are counted in rounds, so a margin in rounds is priced directly. The other rows exist on any series-based esport, and their logic carries over unchanged from one title to the next. The same plant-and-defuse logic drives Valorant, where the Spike plays the bomb's part on PC, while PUBG, with up to a hundred players in a single lobby, is settled on placement points over a run of matches and has no round count at all.
How a round is won, and why the score is counted in rounds 💣
Attack and defence meet over a single device. Seen from the bomb, the outcome is binary: a detonation gives the round to the attackers, a defuse or a plant that never came gives it to the defenders. Nothing else crosses into the next round, positions and duels reset, only the tally moves. Sides are not fixed for the whole map: each team plays both roles over its course, and the map closes when one side reaches the round target written into the event rules.
That structure explains why the line is written in rounds rather than time. A map has no clock to bet against, only a tally, and every market on the map, from the winner to the handicap, is settled on the final tally alone.
Live: what moves the line between rounds ⚡
Once the map starts, the price is rewritten after every round. The card shows the round score, the side each team currently holds, and the way the previous round closed: detonation, defuse or a plant that never came. Rounds are short, so the live price moves in steps rather than in a smooth curve, and a selection is added in the gap between rounds, not in the middle of a firefight.
The swap of sides is the point to watch. A team that held its sites comfortably may struggle to break in once it attacks, and a lead built on one side can shrink or flip with the same ten players on the map. The live round handicap absorbs that swing round by round instead of waiting for the map to end. Esports streams with the in-play prices beside the picture keep the video and the market list on one screen, so the plant, the defuse and the price move together.
Where Algeria stands in organised esports 🇩🇿

Organised esports in Algeria has a governing body of its own: ANCES, Algeria's National Committee for Electronic Sports, which belongs to the International Esports Federation and works under the umbrella of the Algerian Olympic Committee. Algeria also appears among the national teams entered in the Esports Nations Cup, the country-versus-country event whose first edition has been moved to November 2027. Standoff 2 reaches that public through the phone rather than through a stadium: the fixtures on the line come from the organisers who announce them, each shown with its competition name and its format.
Dinar balance and the deposit routes open from Algeria 📱
The account runs in Algerian dinars, and a deposit from Algeria reaches it through BaridiMob, RedotPay, BinancePay or USDT on the Tron or BSC network. A stake on a round handicap, a map or a series is placed and paid in dinars, and a withdrawal is requested from the same account, in the same currency. The mobile version of the site puts the fixture list, the in-play card and the deposit page on the screen that runs the game.
From the home page, the search box takes the game's name and returns its list, ordered by start time; a series that has already begun moves to the in-play list, where its map and round score sit on the card.

Standoff 2 in Algeria: short answers
Is a round handicap of −2.5 on one team the same bet as +2.5 on the other?
They are mirror images settled on the same final score, but they are two separate selections with their own prices. If the first team wins the map by three rounds or more, the −2.5 side pays; in every other outcome, including a narrow win by one or two rounds, the +2.5 side pays. One of the two always wins, since a half-round line rules out a tie.
How does total maps work in a Bo5?
A Bo5 ends when one team reaches three map wins, so it runs to three, four or five maps. A total-maps line of 4.5 asks whether the series goes the full distance: over pays on a 3-2 in either direction, under pays on any 3-0 or 3-1. A line of 3.5 separates a sweep from everything else.
Which deposit methods are available from Algeria?
The cashier lists BaridiMob, RedotPay, BinancePay and USDT on the Tron and BSC networks. Whichever you already use, the balance is credited in Algerian dinars, and every stake on a Standoff 2 map is taken from that same balance.
Which Maghreb countries have national teams listed for the Esports Nations Cup?
Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia all appear on the list of national teams. The event covers 16 disciplines and is now scheduled for November 2027 in Riyadh, after its first edition was postponed.
