How are rounds counted for the Total Rounds market in MMA?
A round only counts toward the total once more than half of its scheduled time has run. In a 5-minute round the halfway mark is 2 minutes 30 seconds, so 2.5 rounds means two rounds plus 2:30 of the third. A fight that ends exactly at that halfway point settles Over/Under total rounds bets at odds of 1.00.
What happens to my bet if the fight is stopped with no decision?
A fight stopped for any reason with no valid decision on the outcome voids every bet. If the outcome had already been fixed before the stop, the bets are settled on it. If a fighter fails to start the next round, the fight is recorded as ending in the round before.
Does a submission count as an early win?
Yes. Early Victory takes in a submission, a choke or a joint lock as well as a KO or technical KO, and it also covers the other fighter being disqualified or refusing to go on mid-fight. Victory on Points is a separate bet: the judges must decide it after the final round.
How is a draw settled in the two-way winner market?
A draw (X) means the judges score both fighters level after all rounds. In the Victory (2 outcomes) market, bets on either fighter are then settled at odds of 1, so the stake comes back without profit.
